Everyone,

I have had some continued difficulties in getting yum update to download and update perl-ExtUtils-ParseXS-3.18-3.el7.noarch after the update from 7.3 to 7.4 on several machines. I have had to –exclude this rpm from the command line to make the update happen.

I was unable to identify this problem on the known issues of :

The error messages I get are :

If above article doesn’t help to resolve this issue please create a bug on https://bugs.CentOS.org/

Unfortunately, access to the solution 69319 requires RedHat login and I
do not have an account.

Have any of you had the same problem and identified the solution?
