What do you see in syslog after trying to start libvirtd? What does ‘systemctl libvirtd status’ show? Any selinux denials? Bad firewall rules? We’ll need more info in order to offer any useful advice. :) –
There are some useful logs in /var/log/libvirt/, check them. Have you enabled virtualisation in the BIOS?
