I burned a total of 7.55Gb from an ISO image to a dual-layer HP DVD+R disc.

I got a bootable USB stick containing 8.1 and it’s 7.65 Gb so apparently my ISO image file is messed up.

I was able to install C8 just fine from the USB stick, so marking this as solved.
