Devtoolset-10 — Built But Not Released?

Hello,

devtoolset-10 has been out for a while now and it looks like CentOS
packages for it have been built for a few months (
https://cbs.CentOS.org/koji/packages?tagID!86).

Will these be released soon? Or, perhaps is there anything I can volunteer to help with to get devtoolset-10 ready for release?
