I am running CentOS Linux release 8.2.2004 (Core). Are there any instructions to install OpenVAS for CentOS Linux release 8.2.2004 (Core)?

  • Hallo, not direkt a solution but I m using a kali rolling release installation on hard disk. Works fine here.

    (try to add ‘–skip-broken’ to skip uninstallable packages or ‘–nobest’ to use not only best candidate packages)

  • perl-XML-Twig at least is in the PowerTools repo, which is disabled by default. nikto and dirb look to be harder to come by.

    As far as I can tell, installing OpenVAS with Docker is the easiest way nowadays.

    I am encountering errors and the details are as below:-

    Error: md5sums not correct. Your NVT collection might be broken now.
