Is It Legal ?
Please tell me your opinion. How legal is to use, redistribute, include in installation cds, repos etc, rpms/srpms like this:

Stephen is right, you can only trust the legal advice of your own representative.
I can tell you that Adobe contacted me personally to tell me that the CentOS Project was not authorized to distribute the chromium version of flash. You would need to get your own legal advise, but it is not within the terms of service from abode to distribute pepper-flash.
